Ho mandato stamattina una e-mail ditrettamente a Gisellamanske in cui chiedevo notizie IMMEDIATE del nostro pacco e in cui mi lamentavo del pessimo servizio di spedizione.
Mi hanno risposto che il nostro pacco è andato perso in Italia, non si sa dove...e che quindi stanno provvedendo ad una nuova spedizione.
Mi dispiace ragazze, questo è lo scambio di emails che c'è stato per vs. conoscenza :

dear sirs,
I am referring to my order no. 6964 regularly paid by bank trasfer in advance and sent by Hermes courier to my address. This shipment arrived to Rome on October 24th but never reached my address in Cerveteri. I contacted Hermes Spedition in Germany but they are not able to give me any useful information. They do not know where the parcel is and which italian carrier has got the èparcel at the moment.
I remind you that this order is a 400 euro total amount of produtcs.
Where is my parcel? Please, let me know something and first of all when I will recevive what I have paid ( I paid € 18,90 for shipment fees ) because I am not happy about your shipment service which is really very poor.
Please, let me know something IMMEDIATELY
